Danny (the owner) came out to our home with Blanca from the Kitchen Store for review of the remodel and to provide us with an estimate.
He was patient with our questions and had many good suggestions. The rapport between him and Blanca was good and we felt good about committing to use them.
Once construction began the crews were slotted in to keep the remodel on track. The crew was polite and courteous. We were kept in the loop of any changes in scheduling via text or phone call.
Any questions that we had were answered in a timely manner. Danny came out many times to touch base with us and answer any questions we might have.
SmithCo followed up with us after the remodel was completed to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. They sent someone out as soon as they could to address the 2 small issues that we had.
